To use Tenths, no personal information is necessary. Any subscription, if applicable, is managed through Apple's AppStore. No data is required to be collected by Tenths. Our third-party AI provider, OpenAI, adheres to an abuse policy, outlined below.
If your settings permit, we may generate a Unique Identifier (UUID) for your device. We use this UUID solely for basic functionality testing. Through the UUID, we track events such as "Created a Time Sheet," which helps us understand how the app’s features are being utilized, without collecting any personal input data. Further, if you use our AI enabled services, we will use the UUID to ensure your access to the AI services.
You can opt out from basic functionality testing at any time by adjusting the settings within the app. We believe in giving you control over your information.
We do not collect data related to specific inputs you provide to the app. This means we do not store any details of time added, edited, exported, or reported; nor do we retain any information that could identify your firm or clients.
Our app employs Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, facilitated by OpenAI through the OpenAI API. This AI processes your commands to enhance your experience and does not use it for training. OpenAI, through the API, only retains information for 30 days to prevent abuse. More information on OpenAI's policy can be found at https://openai.com/enterprise-privacy.
For the AI to function, we do not collect or store personal data. We only route commands to achieve your intended outcome and execute the requested action and keep anonymized number of tokens used to ensure we are within the allowed rate limits and usage of the OpenAI API. Should we encounter situations such as a DDoS attack or unusually high usage, we would need to temporarily halt access to specific IP ranges to ensure service integrity.
If you reach out to us for support through email, text, or call, we will store your contact information securely for the duration of our correspondence. We use your information only to provide the support you requested and for future communications relevant to that support.
We do not use this contact information to enroll you in any marketing or promotional campaigns, nor do we share your details for any such communications. It is exclusively used for the purpose of providing support and assistance. Upon request, we will delete your contact information from our system immediately, otherwise we will delete your contact information after a period of inactivity.

We use Cloudflare as our DNS provider and static website provider through Cloudflare Pages. We coded the site in Imba (a friendly js framework found here imba.io) with javascript helpers. We also use Plausible Analytics at Plausible.io. This site will capture minimal statictics about your use, mostly to measure how many visits we obtain, how much time you end up spending here, and if those vists go on to the AppStore. We may use this data to aid in company planning, feature requests, and protection of the services from abuse and improper use.
